Linguine Fiena, the house pasta

The dish that carries our name is linguine with chicken, mushrooms, garlic and cream. It's one of the dishes guests mention most often in their reviews. Robin wrote: The Linguini Fiena was honestly one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. (Robin W., Google review). James kept it simple: I had pasta fiena and the cheesecake. Both very good. (James S., Google review). If you need it gluten-free, ask for it with gluten-free penne, which is available for every pasta dish.

Pollo alla Milanese

Deep-fried breaded chicken served with napoli spaghetti: crisp outside, tomato pasta on the side. It's a full plate, and a good one for anyone who wants pasta and a main without ordering two dishes.

Pollo ai funghi

Pan-fried chicken with sautéed mushrooms and double cream, served with roasted potatoes. It's the most comforting thing in the Carne section, especially once the evenings get cooler. Add tenderstem broccoli or French beans from the sides if you want some green on the plate.

“Luci and Chef Oliver were the best and the quality of the service and great meals were superb!”

J M, Google review, October 2026

Pizza al pollo

Our chicken pizza is tomato sauce, goat cheese, caramelised onion and chicken. Chicken is also one of the pizza extras, so you can add it to a Margherita or the vegetarian pizza. A gluten-free base is available.

Chicken Caesar for lunch

For something lighter, the Chicken Caesar is cos lettuce, croutons, parmesan and Caesar dressing, and it can be made gluten-free. It's also available with salmon instead.
